These two images are interpretations of the pair of Tibetian mandalas known as Taizokai and Kongokai (Vajradhatu Mandala). In English they are known as the Diamond Matrix World and the Womb Matrix World. The tomato mandala is my interpretation of the Diamond realm, while the strawberry is my interpretation of the womb realm.
A realm can also be interpreted as a world view or perspective. The diamond world represents masculinity while the womb world represents feminine reality.
Everything in both of these mandalas I grew in my backyard garden!

Mariposa Passiones, the sculpture was recently created with a pair of Toms Shoes for a fundraiser for PODO a type of foot disease that can be prevented by wearing shoes.
